Often times family law matters require that a "family unit" be able to function when courts and lawyers are no longer involved. Our purpose is to provide the legal services necessary to solve problems as expeditiously and economically as possible. We encourage peacable resolution of issues when fair, but are zealous trial advocates when necessary.
Our office handles the full range of family law issues including: dissolution of marriage (divorce), custody, support, modification of previous judgments, juvenile cases, and division of all sorts of assets, including family businesses.
Starting in 2008, we have expanded our practice, and we now handle criminal and traffic matters as well. Our goal is to provide excellent, affordable representation in all criminal matters, and also to make certain that our clients understand the proceedings against them. We understand that being charged with a crime of any kind can be a difficult and confusing experience, and we do everything possible to help our clients deal with this difficult process.
We can also provide referrals to legal representation for auto accidents, product liability, medical mistakes and death cases.
